IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 ATI Eyefinity Issue

When I play this game with eyefinity, it looks distorted and looks weird compared to the viedos/pictures I saw online. :confused:

Looks like a field of view (FOV) issue. I'm not running multiple monitors though so I can't help you out more than that.
