cant see game, but can hear it

the game starts up OK, but as soon as I click start it returns to the desk top and I don't see anything, but the sound is working perfectly.
Any help?

You might try reinstalling the Dotnetfx and the VCredist in your Redist folder.

Steam>Steamapps>Common>Il2 Sturmovik>redist
