OK...I know that we are just lowly, unworthy customers and have no rights and don't deserve any more than what you're willing to give us...but after saying we would have a patch on Monday and getting nothing, don't you think it would be nice to say hello? Again, we don't deserve anything, aren’t making demands or pointing out more broken promises since nothing was promised...but don't you think it would be nice to open the door to your bunker and say hello?

You're not fooling them. They know those aren't flowers in your hand that you're going to greet them with when they open the bunker door.
