more planes like the tempest ?
 

hi all who did the flyable tempest mk v for IL2 is he still around maybe making some more flyable planes for IL2 :cool:

I think it was just the one effort he was up for. It was a multi-year project for him to do everything and I think he was pretty exhausted after that. Secretly (or not so) I wish he had also done a Typhoon.

It would be nice to have a couple of different boost variants for the Tempest.
That might be doable.
What is it at the moment in game, the 9&1/2b or the 11lb job?
IIRC there was also a 13lb boost rated Sabre cleared late in the war.
All would be nice.

its a mix of 9lbs and 11lbs.....

climb of one, speed of the other.

I'd love to see all three boost variants made available. I'd update Storm Clouds with the three as they came into service. The 13lb boost would be a rarity but Pierre Closterman's last Tempest allegedly was of this type (it was still slower than the Do335 he chased!).

The trouble is documentation. If anyone has anything good... Please don't hold back.
