Washington DC air&space museum
Hi "folks",
just hve been at the W DC museum lately and hve to say I was stunned by the quality of wht is on display. Everything I never had the opportunity to watch was there, right in a middle of the city, at nearly hands reach and ... for free (no entrance fees). Let's make a short list of what nearly pulls out tears out of my eyes: - X15!!!! - X1! - D558-2 !!!!!! - Lulu belle !!!!!!!! - Historic Me 262 !!!!! - Skylab !!! and much more. Frankly, with so easy access and being right in the middle of a city, this museum is like a treasure you'd be fool not to visit. Sadly, I hve no pictures to show you as my phone/camera (8 MgPix) falls down into the Potomac river the day after :-( . if someone want to share some images with me/us here  will be highly appreciated.:) ~S! |
Go to the Air Force Museum in Dayton OH and you will even more stunned.
