Script error when killing the necromancer
 

I'm at the end of chapter 5, stone-henge where you fight the scorpion, i have killed the scorpion however it is now continuously coming up with an error message saying something about the fireball attack for the necromancer has a script error and i don't know how to fix it, i just got this game today for my birthday and i am disappointed, if i cannot play past this level i will not be purchasing any future games from this 1C, 505 games or Havok, this has really annoyed me and ruined my birthday. fix it.:evil:
