Speed Bar

I was wondering if it's possible to set the speed bar in 4.11 so that it reads in increments of One (1) as oppose to ten (10) for speed and fifty (50) for Altitude. I know that in 5.01 using the Pal HudConfig Mod this could be done but not in 4.11.
Any Ideas. Thanks TC
