Setting keys to open fuel cock

Starting up the Ju-88 seems to be a Nightmare for me. I know where the fuel cocks are and the rad selection dials but so help me do you think I could get this "BOD" off of the ground... no.... to quote Stewart bomb Finney. Is there a way to open fuel cocks with a key assignment

best way i've found (for me at least) is to use axes for fuel cocks as you get a 'visual indicator' of their position- rather relevant in the 88;)
