Where's the manual?

Hi..i purchased MOW:Vietnam from Steam and there was no manual included. I had to hunt it down and found a pdf one. Do the boxed versions of MOW come with paper manuals or are they pdf manuals?Id like to get the pkge deal for MOW and awaiting a reply.

I think most games now only have a PDF version.
