Gunner bail out first - which key?

OMG!! Flying a 110, i was seriously damaged but managed to fly my striken bird back across the channel only to hear .. SCREAMS!!! :o as i bailed out with my gunner not following me!! :eek::eek::eek:

Which KEY do I use to guarantee crew members bail FIRST!!!!

.. i need a session of councilling after this! :grin:
