Bryce's Aircraft Startup Tutorials
I am rather new to the whole complex engine management thing but i'm totally in love with it. After getting some help with my overheating problems, I have spent some time learning the startup procedures for all the planes that I enjoy flying.
I know quite a few people out there would find it useful to have some videos showing the startup procedure for some planes, so I made some. Keep in mind that these procedures are not the "official" way, they're the way I do it (and without problems). For example, I dont adjust trim while on the ground but some people do. I am sure there may be more efficient or quicker ways to do it but this is the way that I have found useful and I thought they're worth sharing. So I just wanted to share the ways that I start up my aircraft before a flight. I hope this helps some people. :) Bryce Spitfire http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dki6vJw20rM BF109-E3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mo7MLEOPmmw BF109-E4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWbqnjAhdzQ BF110 Fighter Bomber http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQEoIA-dYKE JU87 Stuka http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itfGrgCb6Bg |
