Please tell me how to organize promotional in the press for the new king of baraz-gund

The quest is kind of vague.

You need to go back to Inselburg and talk to the guy that you got to do the press.

If you haven't setup a guy to do the press yet, then you got to go to Inselburg and work on that quest.

The person to talk to is the innkeeper by the coast (not the one inland that you turn into a zombie).

In any case, this quest still looks a bit buggy... although I finished everything, it didn't complete at all. I wonder if it's worth doing it at all and dumping all that money in it for no reward.

Same for me! As for the "Dragon Riders"-Quest, I'd like to know the trigger to end it. No matter what you do, the quest can't be completed.

I don't think I finished it either. Some of the quests are bugged for sure. Also, a lot of times in the game I had a vendor/special character with the swirling icon above their head to indicate that I needed to talk to them, and yet no dialogue options were available. Quite often something else had to be completed BEFORE new dialogue with that vendor was allowed, such as my failure to remember about the Elf in the catacombs on Tristem, which then prevented me for a long time from completing the Galenrim quests with the submarine etc.
