Edit Console/GUI/txt at top

How do you make the Console or top left txt windows smaler etc. If I remember right in IL2 you could just take mouse pointer and drag it smaler etc.

I want it to only show 2 txt lines.......

Alt+Left mouse click on the area, then right click and preferences.
Unhide Window-Title and Window-Frame then change locaton and size.
After this hide Title and Frame again.
