Nvidia settings

Can anyone recommend setting for the nvidia control panel please, Im struggling with fps atm, am sure I can improve it just have no idea what to turn on or off :(

Huh? Cod doesn't have an entry - only Steam or Global, right?

Nvidia control panel doesn't work with IL2 COD for now due to the game not running in true full screen.

Disable SLI until a proper patch will make CoD able to take advantage of it, this will improve quite well the performance

for now try with trees (ghosts anyway) set to OFF and with building details set to med or low..
