Padlock Help

Weres padlock enemy aircraft, in the controls menu?
not external view padlock, but cockpit padlock view

Also, ive seem to have lost my gunsights, think i might have pressed a wrong button, and i cant seem to get them back

Not sure i use trackir , but i have seen padlock in the menu , it that what ur looking for
