Validation code farce !!

Hey guys :)
I have Crossworlds for pc. When i enter keycode it says it's incorrect.
I have followed all the instructions to contact support but it just sends you back to the start.
I have a detailed error report for it with a link to go to...that doesn't work either !!
So as a last resort I have come here...Is there anyone alive out there that can help ? PLEEEEEEAASE.....

Hmmm

I guess not !!
It must be said that the King's Bounty game is great, However the support is amongst the worst in the World !!
Thanks for nothing. A bunch of rip-off merchants.
