abilities should be scaled
I keep wondering why a single wolf should be able to cast spells on stack of units that are stronger. This is true for all units. If you have a bunch of necros and you kill all, but one, it still seems to be able to do the same spell damage.

Most spells ARE scaled but some aren't. The magnitude of the necromancer's necro call ability (leadership of raised troop), for example, is scaled. I can think of a couple that aren't. The Dryad's sleep and initiative spell, necro's magic shackles, archmage's abilities, shaman's totems (i think), werewolf elves' howl...that's all i can think of for now.
