that reminded me of this one... i remember my dad telling me a story of a flight of p 38s who had to land on a glacier. many years later we read where they were recovering one/some. also is anyone lives in GA....haha the Okefenokee swamp was near a training base. dad also had stories of several p 40s lost in there....

This happened not far from where I live. There's probably more planes out in the wilderness somewhere waiting to be found. Probably some balloon bombs too.

Wonder what the Helldiver could do.
