since i try to get the dogfight trophy, i use the i-16 or the i-153. it is a shame for me to shoot the aussie and asian comrades down with this planes. but if u want win, u must choose this little bastards. arcade also suxx. i get wuzzy in my brain to turn out the spits and 109.
never again, when i own this trophy...

u can use all the planes u unlock but i understand the guys who are angry against i 16 and i 153 and i respect them
fly with the planes u like and days by days u will find maybe an other plane u like and u will use it with success
it is just a game for fun and i sure the others players understand u .there are a lot of very sympathetic guys in this game

The "newbies" might try a turn battle and they will lose against you.


Its upto them to figure out a new way to get you. Play on your weakness etc. Trial and error, they will soon figure it out for themselves. Dont worry about them :D

I agree with you to a certain degree, it is annoying for them. But when they DO shoot you down they will feel some pride and satisfaction :D

I've been in some lobbies where the host would not start the game if there was an 153 in it. I didn't use it to win dogfights. I only used it to get its unlocks as required by the rules. It is a cheap kill machine for sure in turn fights, especially in arcade. You wouldn't get me, though!!!!!!

Ah how sweet, you even put it in red lettering for me. :P

Anyway OP, don't worry about it so much. Russian planes are FAR more capable than they would seem (I mean the I-16 and I-153, the La's and Yak's are obvious.) Either play to the weaknesses of the planes: Climbing, Speed, and diving. (Incase you haven't noticed already, the I-16 and I-153 both have their engines die if you go into a dive without rolling first due to the float carburetor, they were equipped with.) Anyway, if your playing Arcade, it's kinda hard to play to the weaknesses because everyone is flying a Me-163 etc. :P

So do what FOZ said, and keep slaughtering them because they'll soon learn not to turn with you in a fight. Though most 'Rookies' do end up turning, it's not your fault they do. They're just unexperienced with planes and don't know what to do against such a small maneuverable plane. :cool:
