How to find actual game island map files?

Can someone please post instructions how to extract the actual in game map files? I'm writing a walkthrough and these would come in handy! Are they in the setup.bin's? If so, WinRar doesn't seem to work...

Setup.bin... Highly unlikely. They are probably somewhere in the *.kfs files as an image.

They're in interface_textures.kfs in data folder all named "map_mapname.png".
For the map's name files, if you want them, they're in loc_data.kfs in data folder too.

Thanks, yep the .kfs files which can be opened by any extracting software. Was having trouble finding the KBAP directory (x86) in Win 7.
