Destroing Artefacts
 

I decided to "destroy" all my artefacts , so here are the results:
(The test was executed with Lv 3 Neatnes)

1.It's NOT random, almost all artefacts will give u cristals.

2.The artefacts that give runes ( the list is not complet obviously ):
Demon Blade - 2 magic
Mechanical Blade - 2 might
Banner of true faith - 2 mind
Mithril shileld - 3 magic
Paladins shield - 2 magic
Horn of king borg - 2 mind
Portrait of the dragon - 2 might
Scaly bracelet - 2 magic
Dress of the mages - 2 magic

I had some more artefacts but at this point i couldnt upgrade them all (or i didnt want a headache so i'm waiting to Lv up som more before i try )

After start there is no way to change list: artifact - crystals\runes.

Agreed. But only Level 4-5 Artifacts can yield talent runes. Save the game before destroying them. Usually, it is worth the destruction - you'll need the runes and crystals more then the gold you could get from selling them.

One simply question... how do u "destroy" artifacts??

right click on item and choosse destroy if u have neatness skill of course

However, it is important to note that if you destroy a higher level item while you have neatness skill that doesn't allow for its proper destruction, all you get will be 1 magic crystal :)

So be careful.

Does different rank of neatness affect the crystal/rune you get in return? I check Aurelian Hero Screen and it only mentions higher rank allows you to destroy high level items.

It is randomly generated at the start of the game. The skill simply allows you to destroy higher level artifacts.

When destroying items of level 1-3 does it matter what level of Neatness you have? I other words, if I destroy a level 1-3 item will level 1 Neatness always yield the same amount of crystals as level 2 or 3 Neatness does?

For all I know, it doesn't. It depends on the item.
