Why no PS3 coverage??
 

There's been nothing at all mentioned of the PS3 version, let alone the lack of a demo. No screenshots, no gameplay videos, nothing. This could be taken in two ways. Either both formats are identical so it hasn't been necessary, or there's something to hide a la Ghostbusters. I hope this isn't the case. I don't want to have to buy an Xbox just to play the game I've been waiting my whole life for!
(On the plus side, though, I just bought the Thrustmaster T.Flight X for PS3 and it's got to be one of the best sticks out there).

Yes, I wondered the same thing! Have searched for news, demos etc. and haven't found much...

Tried to see if the sixaxis work on this game, do you know?

Yes all it says on twitter is " news shortly " then nothing , or "PS3 demo news soon" but still nothing. May be we'll get some news today hopefully. I brought a Xbox once jus 4 a game, Race pro, coz there was no decent next gen race sims.It was a mistake any way as race pro was a half finished game, shame as it had potential. Sold the xbox wheni got laid off work.

Why not wait for Forza Motorsport 3? Race Pro seemed like a dodgy attempt to me from the start.

Because devs usually use the xbox to make the game and then port it to the ps3 they have all of their early footage from the xbox then use that for advertising.

Press build for PS3 version was also given to all press.
And, BTW, there were some PS3 previews earlier.

Demo version should be soon.

and how can be possible to us distinguish the ps3 video preview version from the x360 previews?

Be patient will have the demo too :-)and the game same time in september :-)

Well lets not forget that Sony screws things up a lot. A perfect example of this is Sony's policies of charging publishers for traffic. I mean thats just one of the dumbest things I have ever heard in my life !!

When I alpha tested Frontlines Fuels of war, they were working on a ps3 version also and Sony just kept screwing THQ on every front. THQ finally said to hell with it and dropped the ps3 version.

Don't get me wrong I love both of my consoles, but microsoft seems to work better with publishers on things like demos and advertising.

On the flip side Sony gives a better deal on running real dedicated servers, while microsoft charges game companies to use microsoft servers.
Thats why most of the 360 games are hosted via console and not on dedicated real servers.

most accurate Drive Sim in terms of physics (not as pretty as Forza but more an accurate representation of tyre on tarmac)...

however developer has let it slip in terms of patches and potentially bugged DLC- seems like they might lose alot of the community to Forza...just goes to show what can happen when a developer rests on its laurels..
