1) The release date 9/4 is the UK release, right? Is it also releasing 9/4 everywhere including the US or are we still stuck with 9/15?


2) This does mean the demo will be available everywhere on Wed, not just certain countries?


3) WHY did my wife and I have to schedule vacation for Thursday this week! Cripes! One day with the demo?!

I'm curious to know when the PS3 demo will be released. If I have the demo in my paws, I can wait the extra week between the UK and US release dates. :P

Damn. I have a Uni class starting at 9am on Wednesday, and I won't get back to the student halls till after 5pm. Still, it could be worse.

What uni you at David, I have big problems with downloading stuff at mine in Salford, they block ports and have strict NAT, it drives me mental. At least I'm not back there till late September.

Aberdeen. I'm doing a summer school course that will get me onto a Chemistry degree course, because I need 3 Bs at Higher for Chemistry and I only have 2 Bs and a C. The proper course starts in September, which means I probably won't get much time for the full game either.

I can't wait to try this demo, its eating at me really bad. I sure hope that the demo has flightstick support in it. I got out the Ace edge today and dusted it off.

Yes, but the USAAC was superseeded by the USAAF, which was active from 20 June 1941, so for the period modelled, the USAAF is correct. :rolleyes:

I was getting really fed up with the way companies have been handling demos lately.

Most of the time now, they don't bother to make the demo until After the game is released and then expect you to preorder.

And even worse, a few companies have started offering the demo as a bonus for preordering the game! Maybe it's just me, but giving someone a demo version of software, which is meant to help evaluate whether they would want to buy it, as a reward for already buying it is as a*sbackwards as you can get.

im glad ive kept my xbox360 ,even i play ps3, can play the demo sooner this way

hey has anybody got the Il-2 demo come up on Xbox yet? (in the UK)

Im a PS3 user but happen to have a 360 at hand, ive signed in on it and the demo isnt up there.

Please forgive me lol ive no idea how it works or what time the xbox updates its marketplace.

It usually updates at 9am but can be a lot later in the day.....I think 1943 popped up at around noonish

I have a UK xbox down under (GMT+9) and no demo is there yet:(
