Today i saw a new trailer of Cryostasis in ign gaming site. Why there have not posted any news here? There is also a new trailer for necrovison in ign too. So what going on? Also i read somewhere that Necrovision will be released in 360 and pc Is this true? or only pc?

Well,porting from pc to 360 is pretty easy and fast. So I wouldn't be surprised.
BUT,after being said by a mod that necrovision and cryostasis are pc exclusive,it would be kind of a "shocker".

Cryostasis and Necrovision are still pc exclusives. Consoles versions are not planed.

This happens to me all the time. I love horror games, and many of the really cool horror games ( like this one) are PC exclusive. Now, as a console gamer, I have tried and tried to get use to using a keyboard and mouse to no avail. I went out and bought all these really nice controllers for my PC, but you have to program them and it's just not the same, and honestly I just can't do it very well.[p]

Maybe you can tell me. Why don't PC games come with the option of using either a 360 or a PS3 type controller already built in so if you can't deal with the mouse and keyboard thing you at least have the option of using a familiar controller. . . Do you realize how many more games you would sell? I know I would go out and buy about 20 the day it was announced. . It can't be that hard to program, or is it?[p]

It just makes no sense to me that there wouldn't be a standard to do this. Or are they afraid it would KILL the console industry? I mean cause everybody has a PC already. I truly believe millions would be attracted to PC gaming if you started doing this. Has this is ever been talked about?

Damn.. guys guys guys. When you make new screenshots and videos available to american games sites can you also put them up or link them from here? I'm almost a week late to the new trailers for Cryostasis and Necrovision. Why, because no one over there cares about these games and aren't talking about or telling people about having put this stuff up on their sites. Argh.

i dont realy understand why no ones cares about cryostasis and necrovnision... I saw the new trailers of the games and i must say that there are perfect! I have a question? Will we see a demo of the games soon?

Will Cryostasis have next-gen graphics like crysis? I saw the trailer the graphics looks realy good!!

It hard to compare Cryostasys and Crysis, as our game takes place in closed space of the ice-breaker with out open spaces. But in any case the graphics is really cool. You will enjoy it!

It will not have any open eviroments? All levels of Cryostasis will take place only inside the ship?

I agree, they both look spectacular. Very impressed with the latest video of necrovision, I was completely on-board for and in love with cryostasis already. It's the american games-press, if it isn't from the 5 or so huge publishers and they're treated to all kinds of parties and get a lot of free things (FREE MONEY :O) they're not going to give any coverage to 'out of nowhere' games. Sad but true!

Not many people heard of Crytek before 2004. But when Far Cry was finally released it really took PC gaming by storm, and we all read what a great and innovative title it was.

My point is, even if Cryostasis isn't getting as much pre-release media attention as some big name franchises, there are enough independant reviewers and gamers hungry for true quality titles to really shine a spotlight on this game when it does come out.

The game looks beautiful, and if sound and gameplay is done right, I have no doubt Cryostasis will knock our sucks off and put a dent in the market!

the same thing happend with Alpha Prime a fps game that released in december of 2007 for the pc. I had never heard anything about that game when one day it was march 2007 if i remember correctly someone posted the demo of it in Doom3 files. i downloaded it and it and i must say that it was a fantastic game! Then i went to my local video club and bought it. I finished it in 2 weeks and i must say that it is one of the best FPS i have ever played! But anyone has said nothing about it. I think that because this game came by Black elemental who is a very small company. Sure those bastards like IGN and Gamespot dosent pay enough attentions to games that came from small companies like 1C and Buka .:)

How many levels will Cryostasis have? And what kind of monsters will we face?? Will there be only zombies or there will be a lot of different monsters??

The whole ship will be available. There will be plenty of different opponents.

I read in this forum 15 levels - the demo , 3 levels - . But maybe today is diferent .

And .... the latest drivers beta for NVIDIA GF280 and GF200 with support for Nvida Physic has a profile for Anabiosis ;). And for Clear Sky - launch August 29 - and Far Cry 2 - launch Setember /October - but not for GTA4 PC or Duke Nuke Forever :mrgreen:

Where can i download the demo?? Does cryostasis make full use of tthe DX10DX9 features?? Will a 8800 series card like my 8800gt reach it limits???

Hello! I found on youtube a trailer of Anabiosis and when i saw it i realised that it was Cryostasis!! So is Cryostasis and Anabiosis the same game??:)

Yes, on russian and CIS markets it is called Anabioz, In other countries - Cryostasis.
