Men of War: Assault Squad - Account problem
 

I've recently re-installed AS only to find that there is a problem with my online account. After I put in my details and type in my CD key it tells me my account is bound to another key, so I tried using another account, only for it to tell me my CD key is bound to another account.

I've read that other people have had similar problems (I myself have had it with other Steam games) and that they contacted the developers to solve this; but I emailed the developers a week ago and I still have had no reply. I have also read that Steam hasn't provided any help with the matter, so hopefully this place can.

Have you contacted 1C support (support@1cpublishing.eu)? This is a known issue encountered by a few players if i'm not mistaken.

Yes; that's what I meant when I said I contacted the developers, but they haven't got back to me.

So can anyone help me with this? I'll be pretty pissed if I can't play it online anymore.

SERIOUSLY? **** you if you think I'm buying any more of your games. I contact the support email more than once and then I come here to no avail, all I get is 'Oh yeah, that's a known problem, but **** if were going to help you.'

Can't gain access to account
 

Ok so i also recently reinstalled MOWAS due to the new dlc skirmish pack 2 and the new map packs coming in for logging in to go play online i also get greeted with the same message saying that it's already binded to another account so i thought i must have the wrong account i have serval connected to gamespy on one email so it gets confusing..

I then spent the next hour using all the usernames that were on my list and the passwords i know it's the correct password because i always use it its a security flaw i know but i forgot otherwise. I need help with this i don't understand why i can't access my account anymore it should be the right one i inputted

I am now going to send email for further assisstance but i haven't come accross this problem before.

Such a great support community here.. no reply from the community or admins and i reply to the email and they haven't even botherd to look into to it by the looks of it..

I have the same issue and have had no reply from the support email. I'm Jonesing, bra. I need to see those 3d models.

Having the same problem here. I emailed the developers. Let's see how many days it takes to get a response. Judging from the poor reviews I'm reading about their customer service, I might have to ask Steam for a refund.

i am having the same problem i know the account name just not the password can you help me out?

I have the same problem with my CD Key.

I had multiple GameSpy accounts and I wanted to delete the unused profiles and just have the one nickname but I get the same message that the CD Key is bound to another account.

I have deleted all GameSpy accounts except the one I intended to use and it still says that it is bound. Can you please help me?

I was able to register and play assault squad, but after applying patch, was asked to re-enter my code, and was told its not on file? I did contact support, waiting for reply so I can play my game.

i cant believe that those douchebags dont care about their customers, the forums are full of people who reinstalled their systems, and now cant play the game that they paid fair, i am having the same problem as all of other guys, and no one gives a crap about that, i did not see anyone from gamespy, steam, or 1c that is willing to help those people, i want a refund, now!

i was playing with a friend yesterday, and my game was fine. today, we were trying to make a private game. it didn't work, so i thought "oh, maybe if we make a LAN game, we can play." it didn't work, and when i tried to join multiplayer again, it said i needed to put in a key. steam, being the trooper it is, remembered the code for me, so i put it in again. now remember, i have been on multiplayer not just recently, but like less than 5 minutes ago. i go to put the code in, but it says its bound to another account. now i get alittle angry at seeing this, but i just decide to look it up on youtube, but the only thing that pops up is free installs for this game. so i come here, and i see that no-one on this topic has gotten any assistance, or at least so it seems. so what i want you guys to do is email me a way to fix this, or fix my account, or SOMETHING, because i paid 25 dollars for this game, and i quite enjoy playing it w/ my friend, so it would be greatly appreciated if i got some help. thank you for taking time to read this.
