about convergence
is in meters or yards
germans and british aircraft any difference:rolleyes: |
1 meter = 1.0936133 yards
Very small difference, but there is a difference. I do not know if they're set differently for both sides, don't think so actually. |
200m work quite well allround. 250 yards for the RAF, was near the standard under the recomendation of Sailor Malan.

thanks mate
i set the weapons at about 190 value it worked fine in IL2 or at about 174.[but it doesn't work] hopefully they going to fix this with the next patch:grin: the problem is that i don't know in COD what the profile in the loadout is for.......... yards or meters:rolleyes: anyway thanks again we going to find out eitherway:-) |

250 yards is a bit to far for me i prefer a 190 yards or 174 meters to create a good pinpoint not to far and not to close:grin: |

agreed:rolleyes:

Settings convergence in the Loadout menu is in meters.
Distance icon in gameplay is in meters. Setting range in the cockpit is in yards. I noticed a great difference if u hit the bandit at convergence. You'll rip em apart. |
thanks mate:rolleyes:

anyone knows what the default convergence is, and how can be set up/changed?

Dunno if there's something in the ini-files though. |
mine seems to be now at 100, after I've fumbled with my convergence settings and set it on 100 for my Bf109 at some point.. yet.. I do not know how I've managed to do it, or how to change it in another value.

wait untill the beta:grin:
|
so i've read the convergence in the loadout options are in meters?
when i go there, i see "338.328" for every gun. What does this figure mean? Also when i click on the default tab, the figure is deleted, and if i click again on the default tab, it shows 100 for vertical and 100 for horizontal convergence. Can some one explain this? Thanks |
