it's a reference to a British TV show called Doctor Who, a crazy geezer that travels in time and space in a time machine/starship called TARDIS that from the outside looks like a police phone box (it's very random once you explain it like this lol).

Guys, u have to appreciate that Doctor Who is famous only in some Commonwealth countries ;)

..having said this, it looks a bit like some Roman or Greek temple painted blue.. never seen one with such a roof.
