I thought the DLC was 400 MSP?!?!?! i just got it and it took 800 ******* points off????? if i woulda known that they coulda ******* swung for it WTF?!?!?

Im just pissed that i read all about it being 400 points, couldnt get it coz ive been away a few days, came back and bought it and feel really let down. I knew there wasnt a lot to it and thought 400 points was okay, but seriously 800? For that? Wow the russians are bloody loving capitalism nowadays aint they...

Yeah, it was kind of a dick-move by the publishers to raise the price like that. I understand your frustration. I bought it on the PSN, but if it had come out cheaper there first, then gotten raised, I'd feel upset too. The RIGHT thing to do would have been to lower the PSN price to match the Xbox price, since it came out first. 800 points/$10 is definately bordering on rip-off. I only got it because I really like the P-47, and I want to support this game to help ensue that it doesn't just die off.

At least we get an awesome plane out of it.

Its not the devs that do it, blame the publishers for the pricing and handling of this DLC.

Yeah, just feels kinda cheap that we had it for one price and then instead of doing the 'nice' thing and lowering the ps3's price, the did the 'microsoft' thing and raised it for us.

Yep. Definately an obvious attempt to maximize profits. I think I saw in one forum that the devs want to do the sequel themselves. I REALLY hope that's true. This game's publisher has really mishandled this DLC, and certainly doesn't have the game's fans in mind.

I saw this game as a real ray of hope for console gaming, that somewhere out there, theres a bunch of nerds who care enough about me not having a social life to make a game just for me. And i genuinly thought these guys were them. And then they got raped by the publishers.

The price was allready 800MS Points since it was released. i baught it at at the moment it was released and i had/have no problems with.
I think it is stupid that PS guy's have to pay money for it? i do understand it though.. I pay like $50,- every 2 month for 4000MS points and i have 5400 left, so i have no issues with MS points. the whole deal that Gamers have to pay Money for an adition to a game is Ackward to say atleast?

Er no it wasnt. It was 400MS points on release day, I know because I checked it. The day later it was increased to 800MS points.

I have to agree that 400MS points was a huge rip off for this below par DL content. Two planes that are piss poor in performance and a couple of single player missions that last about as long a virgin on his first sexual encounter.

So to move up to 800MS points.... ridiculous.

Because if you compair it next to MS points then you have the same thing.
If you pay $7.99 in real money or that same amount in MS points ( $12 Dollars) you have the real thing. the thing that botthers me, is that when you exchange points to a DLC it doesen't seems as a high price. but if you compair that to Points that you buy in a Game store then you have the same thing. I never baught anything on a PS3 'cause i dont have one. but the Money you spend on a subject that you want and you exchange money to purchase that is somethimes more then you think it is worth it?

Remember the DLC of GTA4 the game with all those Bikers? it was fun, bit too short. They still charged us 1600 MS Points for that. I Thaught is was worth it at the time, but now...? i Beleive i Got ripped off 'cause i only played and Finnished it once?

The Prices that they ( the Game creators and Micrsoft and Sony) sometimes charge is Ridiculous! I know, 50MS points for an avatar item or a Nice Background is a steal. but if you can't see the rest of it, since the Dashboard is split in half, then i ask my self....Why? Give us an Update on the Background of our Dash! I only see the upper side of my dash! Before the Major overhaul earllier this year, we could see everything!

I just want to have my BG to be intact. I now have ''Baby Jane'' ( Christina Aguilera's Pin-Up) as my BG and that is Sweet. I wish i had the option to change the vissablillaty in the Option Menu.....

I was going to buy it when I had the time, but now it's too expensive. Sorry devs, I know it's not your fault but 800MS points is just way too much to spend on 2 planes & some missions. If there's ever one of those 50% off deals I'll be all over it, though!
