Flip the 360 onto SDTV on the cable and use the composite video jack and audio output on your tv and hook up something like this:

I gotta question.

I'm looking for a Good video Convertor for Youtube Movies. I made one in aperrantly a size that Youtube doesn't allow? I googled several sites who have their opinion about them and i'm looking for a FREE Convertor that is easy to use?

Any idea's or experience with one?

If on a Windows distribution that has Win Movie Maker, use that. Easy to use and does a great job.
If Vista, set it to dvd quality, widescreen (if that applies to your video).
If XP, set it to Local Computer 2.1 (something like that).
Publish (Vista) or save movie (XP) and then upload. It will be a fraction of the original size, look great for youtube and you can add your title/credits and edit it down. Stay w/i 10 minutes and 2 GB. Most videos after this are cut down to about 150MB for 10 minutes.

Man I really wish BOP had a video editor, I would waste weeks of my life with that...

Welcome to the forum.

During at anytime after you load the game hit the ps button and scroll over to the camera icon, scroll down to save screenshot, and then hit X to take picture and save screenshot.

You have to be quick to do this in MP becuase it does not pause game. In SP it pauses game.

Such a shame that BOP doesn't allow the player any form of viewing replayability.
There's some absolutely great vids on youtube of OVER G for example. It's great to be able to look back on your action whether it be for training purposes or for just plain fun. (IMO).

Have to agree with you here (shock I know). A replay feature is a must for the sequel (if one is made). It's a glaring omission from a game that looks as good as this one.

Wow absolutely epic video. The REAL IL2 (1946) won't run on my mac. :( I wish BoP could have compared, but I guess they're really two very different games, and you have to look at it that way.

By the way trk29 stop playing operation flashpoint.... I would very much like to play with any of you someday!

What I do is download them to a thumbdrive. I don't know if you can do it wirelessly or not. I haven't tried.

At any time while the game is running hit the ps button and scroll over to the the camera icon on the XMB and scroll down to "save screenshot" you will then be prompted to hit X to save screenshot.

If you are playing SP then the game will pause as soon as you hit the ps button. If you are playing MP the game will continue to run.

I know right, I have started to play BOP again. I got on this kick about OFPDR I love the game. I got my platinum trophy the other night so I am back playing BOP more regularly so yes I can't wait to play you since I have not had the pleasure yet.

Hey is operation flashpoint 2 good. I really could care less about mw2 and I am waiting patiently for the release of Bad Company 2 in March. operation flashpoint looks sweet, but I just want to know from people that play it if its worth getting.

Also anyone else buying saboteur? Looks to be a must buy for me.

I like it and others like it. It has it's bugs but none that handicapp it for me. I just wish it had a editor and you could operate more vehicles. Just go look at their forum there is a lot of pissed off people over there. I would hate to be a moderator on that forum.

Well i did have a 'camera' in one hand.

I spent most of sunday morning flying around one handed with the HUD switched off trying to line up good looking pictures.. It was great to actually watch the game for a change, it's easy to forget how good it can look.

What! are you telling me those photos are taken of the screen? because that is one good camera.



Edit: I think i get it now lol, im guessing your camera is plugged into TV and it takes it that way.

No.. sorry, I was being flippant..I meant my virtual camera in my virtual spitfire :) I had one hand covering the PS button on my stick which meant I couldn't use the throttle, these are straight up PS screenshots.. no real camera involved.

I was suprised by the quality too. Yeah just copy them to usb, they are .png files so you can upload them straight to photobucket etc.

Hey guys SubaruGaz (spitfire23) and I tried to do some formation flying last night, and it is pretty hard texting back and forth with what to do and still keep level flight (heres hoping to cross game chat) anyway we were able to get a few good shots, we flew at Dover and Stalingrad so here are some pics for a hour worth of flying. Wow, those are some great screen grabs. And kudos for managing it online too. An hour well spent IMO.

How did you get rid of the HUD (except score) in the first set...? I turned HUD off in the options but still ended up with the stuff you've got in the bottom ones.


EDIT: crap, my post pushed it back a page...

Once started push start go to options go to hud and select disabled instead of limited it gets rid of everything. Spitfire showed me that.

We definately need to get some more people up in the air with us, Cant wait to see 5 or more planes in formation, possibly best when we get cross game chat (whenever it arrives),
then again nothing stopping us from chatting in dogfight mode, as everyone can talk to eachother. (but not so sure how good the chat is in this game)

The "FLY-BY" camera view is to die for! DEVs, please include the "FLY-BY" view to all future sims! Very enjoyable! THX! :-P

it shows us the 360 players doing formation take offs etc in the spitfires etc. Some cracking stuff.

its hard flying B17's in formation... 7 of them. Well not har but annoying having to empty all your guns.

Hopefully one day (wishful thinking) we'll get cross platform gaming.
