Very early one. 1.0.0.13820. But since i replaced the monitor last week, it's running pretty bad at my new native resolution: 2560x1440. :( I think my video card is dying, wich could be a curse and a blessing. :P

if you halve the resolution of your new monitor for CoD use, it might not look to bad (larger object pixels, but not more blurry ) and will run pretty well till you get an uber gfx card

spotting distant aircraft might also be easier as a bonus :)

hiya katdogz,

what version of the game are you running and what kind of settings ?

those screenshots look very good indeed, far horizon view with good detail, great object detail and no sign of distance-viewing bubble :)

your 4 gb gfx card would have a lot to do with it, but good for some of us to see how good it can look !

any sign of fpsec slowdowns or other problems on your system ?

Im running the most up to date final/patched version of the game using sweet fx Ceejay with Neutral6 settings (cudos to those fellas- mama mia)

I havent had any real slowdowns unless a mission maker gets overzealous and adds a 100 planes to a mission over London.

Also, i can sense a slowdown near clouds with a mix of planes, but nothing so drastic where its distracting. can still dogfight in/near clouds. pretty sweet
