AFAIK it was fixed in the Russian and German versions of the game at least. It was not fixed in the English version at least.

In any version the 1st line in horizontal (150).

You can also check it in game yourself when fire on the ground with different settings.

I would like to know why you fly the hurricane instead of the spitfire? It is slower than the 109 or Spit and cannot climb as well as the 109 or Spit.

Is there something that you think it does better than the spitfire or is it just because the Russians flew them?

Hurricane only better weapons! Pleasant to shoot with him.
Spit2a much better and can fight on equal terms with the BF109, especially up to 2500m :!:
