On the hurri's shut down procedure it is stated on you manual that you have cut fuel then raise flaps but there is no hydraulic power after engine is shut out. ;)

In the actual manual, flaps should be raised when the aircraft has finished its landing roll, having come to a complete stop.. :)

Well, personally, I wouldn't operate the Ju 87's landing gear at any speed, but your mileage may vary.
