Here is a video of the QMB air battle over Dover in Eyefinity mode. The monitors are 3 22' 1680x1050 arranged in portrait mode, standing on end. With bezel correction on, the final resolution in game was 3460x1680. I had to limit fraps to 22 fps and half-size capture because anything more than that caused major choking when I hit the record button.

Here's a new video testing the May 18 retail patch in Eyefinity mode, 5276x1050. Two Powercolor 6970 PCS+ graphics cards in Crossfire. Crossfire works, but is strangely unpredictable. Sometimes I run a QMB mission at 100 FPS at this resolution, and it looks and feels fantastic, ten minutes later I can run it again with no setting changes and it will seem to labor, and stay in the 30s. I can't pin to anything in particular, so it's a little frustrating. This time it ran well enough to give fraps a go, so I recorded a track. Try to watch it expanded and at the largest resolution you can, because at this aspect ratio everything will be tiny at windowed 360p...

There is no way I would ever do this resolution.
It is just surreal. I may not be able to see everything with my resolution, but it has some resemblance to the real world. |
It does look very weird if you see it on 1 video, but if you have 3 different screens the result is different. I don't think you can really portray Eyefinity this way so you´ll have to to record yourself playing on 3 screens.
