Here is the Lanc skin without markings.

How do you mean?

In BoP you couldn't change skins or markings. I know in BoS it lets you change skins but i didnt know you could do markings!! If so does that mean i can fly around in the new game in my grandads Lancaster? VN-B? that would be pretty epic.

I believe Pope is saying that the singleplayer AC have markings because they missions are based on real missions. In multiplayer there are no markings because of the reverse.

Yes, aircraft customisation for multiplayer/training, to make the plane yours, to show that you belong to an online squadron, to recreate a specific aircraft in history that may be close to you.

This is my thinking behind the lack of markings on the planes anyway, as the customisation system already exists in Apache-AA.

Beat me to it KAV haha.

A great list, was suprised to see the JU-52 on it though!! A very welcome edition. Of all of them its the JU-88 i wouldnt mind taking for a free flight :)

Surely all of these planes can't be coming with cockpits though?

Anton said all planes have cockpits iirc.

Hopefully with ALL planes having cockpit which would truly add to this great game, will we be seeing co-pilots, navigators etc in the cockpits with us if we free look about the cockpit?

Would be great to fly the Lanc or the Mossie and look beside you to see the Navigator/Engineer at work.

This game is looking better and better by the week.

Anton!!! give us a release date!! :D
