i may totally just stop playing this game for how unprofessional and disrespectful they are to their customers.

as far as i know all poeple banned that day are facing same problem

yep really, you are in the group of few players banned in that awful 24th september, all are banned till today ... no more complains from other players banned earlier or later ..
i have no idea whats going on but that shuold have been solved long time ago ...

Maybe they have a way of permanently banning people aswell as temporarily banning people,& the person's in charge of banning accidently permanently banned them but dosen't want to admit it.:grin:
