il2bugtracker.com is fine imho.
I guess there is no need for permission by devs, as a bugtracker is a highly welcome feature for any dev out there.

According to the first probs we had in the BIS forums, I guess the main issue will be to make the community use the tracker.
But however keep it coming, great input!

Let's push it step by step. If it works maybe one day 1C merges it with this forum to allow forum users post bugs without new registration in bugtracker.

Maybe a more or less advance grafic designer can make referring signature, which can then the be used to advertise it.
The more it use the easier to find or get knowledge of it at least.
