I had to put ROF away till it got patched to get the frame rate up. Only difference was I didn't bitch or moan ( I'm not saying you are by the way), I just went on with other things untill the deveopers ironed out the problems. Same with the A10 Beta. I've had better luck with CoD.

Both the other sims had their initial problems, Both were sorted out. The same will happen with Cliffs of Dover. It is what happens when you have software created by people that really care about their product.

Chillout and enjoy the ride.

ROF was NO bit better than CloD. In fact maybe even worse since it was absolutely unplayable at times with a high end rig. I have flown it from day one of NA release so i know what i am talking here.
Also it had absolutely the same flaws in many aspects. (Planes without wings keep flying and stuff like that).

EDIT: That didnt keep it from becoming the awesome sim its now. Despite of the here and there unrealistic FMs for sure:) (catchword uber Pub or Camel) - No i wont discuss about that here now:P

God help us if we ever get software made by somebody who doesn't care then.

One of the reasons I left software development. I really couldn't get enthusiastic about project management and telephone system.

Cheers!
