P.S. I would like to take credit for the entire game to console as I enjoyed IL2 so much on PC that when I bought a PS3 I subconciously generated enough positive brainwaves to create the reality.

I expect some apologies now. The Publishers wisely decided to move up the US release date of Birds of Prey to Sept 8th because of my thread telling them to.

Birds of Prey is now on a level playing field with Heroes Over Europe thanks to me. It would have been flat out dumb for them to release Birds of Prey 1 week behind Heroes Over Europe, and I have no problem driving that point home to the Publisher no matter how much people ion this forum critized me for it.

The showdown is now on Birds of Prey, and Heroes Over Europe release the same day in the US.

Dennis, I think I did not attack you and if I did, please accept my apologies. Anyway in the light of the remote chance that your post made the publisher move the release date I am grateful for your efforts that make all IL-2 players out there able to enjoy this wonderful game one week earlier.

Hmmm, thinking about it - could you please get them to release it on August 20th? That's when I return from my one week vacation in Spain and it would be nice to enjoy the second vacation week in the cockpit :-P

Actually it happens quite often. Fight Night 4 was moved up a couple weeks just recently.
