take it out of realistic and arcade , leave it in sim mode

yes, no blackouts is a shame but not worth busting a blood vessel over... and theres always patches...;)

not on consoles , i have never seen a patch that actually adds or takes away a feature of that level in a game on consoles before and it wont change

Currently, the level of needed update is just one word in configuration file - and feature will be 'added'. It is actually in the game, just turned off.
