Sorry, I dont see how 500 tickets instead of 1200 would be unfair, it does not even make a difference unless you are able to kill your enemy 500 times in less than 20 minutes. Since it is prohibited to drop bombs or attack targets there is no way to reduce tickets to 0 from 500 in less than 20 minutes. Remember I am only counting deaths and nothing else so even if you accidently crash into your enemy's ground target and reduce his tickets, say by 50, I would still only take into account his deaths only not the tickets themselves.

I hope I made sense, I saw the screenshots already and I see no problem with them both were set to 20 minutes
