It looks like a MiG 9 but the cockpit is too far back.
<> It is the la-174tk. |
Nope, sorry. Good guess, I probably wouldn't have said La-174 though. Look at this plane, then look at a La-174.

Ekranoplans are nice :). |
This was a plane contest :P
Does that thing actualy fly? I want one! |
Nice Seraph
and P51 sort of its a ground effect vehicle. Or Ecranoplan |
1 Attachment(s)
Technically the ekranoplan flies.. It uses ground effect to just skid over the surface. It needs water to take off, but can fly over ground just as well, as long as it's flattish.
|
Ahhh so its more economical and faster that a boat then? Nice!
Edit: Vought XF5U? or the 'flying pancake'? |
Quote:
Look up the Caspian Sea Monster. It needed the engines just to take-off. It needed less than half of that power to maintain flight once established. EDIT: Yup. |
Yeh, it would be better if you optimised the engines so they worked better at 45% say.

Try this one..... it is a Royal Navy turret fighter with a 1:28 kills to loss rate, the 1 kill being a Ju-88 over Dunkirk in 1940.
This is most likely the most ugly fighter aircraft ever built in WW2. |
