How do you get actually use the pre-order code
 

Ok, so I got the bonus code from 'Game' UK, but don't see a codes entry screen. Tried online option, and looked in PS Store, but still don't see it.

Anyone actually managed to get the two free planes ?

There are two seperate preorder deals.

One was a free T-shirt from Gamestop and the other was the P-47D and the Ta-152H-1 which was only supported by a handful of websites. Mine was Amazon and I'm still trying to convince them that September 15th is not the release date and that it is out already.:rolleyes:

It was only offered in the UK and EU. They say it's going to be available as DLC soon, but right now nobody is exactly clear on how to unlock planes anyway. It's kind of like playing Mystery Date with the planes, sometimes you have a good mission and you get a plane, sometimes you have a great mission and you get shit.
