Your system is pretty basic for such a demanding game. With a 32bit version of Windows u are limited to how much Ram u can utilise and this game definitely benefits from 8gb of system memory or more under a 64bit windows. I would definitely turn trees and shadows OFF as both of these will stress your graphics and eat your framerates. You may benefit from setting Textures to medium as well. Be careful what u let your nVidia gpu settings do as they may be trying to force settings that also are sucking up your gpu processing power. I would personally set most of them to application controlled and then set whatever want in the game settings. Hope this helps. |

Edit: what Torian said... |
I must say this version seems more stable than the stock release!
Thanks all! . |

Correct me if I'm wrong. |
nice new patch, ...
... now the sim slowly comes closer to what it was supposed to be on release day.
 |
Yesterday evening had a 2+ hours mission over the channel with my virtual wing in 2 formations (4 ship each) patroling Dover - Calaise route on Repka full real with 109 E3s and i (we) have to say:
THANK YOU DEVS FOR THIS AWESOME UPDATE!! Perfrmance increased a lot,i havo 60 frames constantly (vSync ON), going to 50 when something explodes around but.. Who Cares :D Sounds are awesome, graphics too (flying with everything maxed out except for buldings and trees set to low) and there's a lot of immersion while in close formation earing all 4 A/Cs engines :D Keep on this way, this sim is growing up in the best way. Believe or not: today as I was trying the new patch, flying a single quick mision on a Spit, I got a brunette sitting on my lap !!!!!
So far I've been unable to duplicate as to print the screen, but she was lovely in her summer dress....Is that a kind of Easter Egg of the dev team? How can I get it again? By the way...GOOOD JOB and GREAT SIM |
