No, this patch isn't compatible (like all of our patches) with mod packs. You need a clean 4.10.1. UP3 devs can probably help you better.

Says that the file is temporarily unavailable... Could someone provide a mirror for the hotfix?

Just try again in a few minutes. Its just that way with megaupload. A mirror would be fine anyway.

I re-installed IL946 (DVD) and patched to 4.10 then applied 4.11 over that. The info at M4T states it can be patched over clean 4.10 or 4.10.1 - is that correct (seems to run fine but haven't applied the 4.11 hotfix yet)?

M4T quotes the Readme, so yes, this should work. But the hotfix is much recommended! You will probably not be happy without. :rolleyes:
