rearview mirrors for spitfires????
hey guys!
i was wondering if the spitfires have a rearview mirror in the cockpit view. cause in some spits like the IX`s i can see the brackets, but the actual mirror is not there. is that normal or did i install my game wrong, or is there a menu where you can set it to on/off.? thx for any help!

In the ingame control panel you need to set (I think) toggle mirrors.
You get a basic view, a more detailed (shows ground textures when not airbourne etc) and off. Be careful though as it can hit your FPS by up to 20fps depending on your settings.

thx for your information guys!!!
now i have my mirrors and like it.cause i have still problems to watch my six and the mirror really helps.how do you look around???with the mouse,TrackIR,....?

You can look around with the mouse, TrackIR or POV hat of your joystick or even keyboard. The views are configurable to a keystroke in the Control setup in IL-2, very easy and straightforward to use. Best option of course would be TrackIR of course, but down to your own personal preference.
