Igor Belago gave an interview to polish game portal TruckPol, and disclosed some new information on the upcoming patch, add-ons and series future developement.

Does the international version of game be more polished/optimized in comparison to Russian one?

Yes, the fixes we are working on now for the Russian version will be incorporated into the international one. As aforementioned, there will be no difference between the versions.
Does this include a fix for the horrible performance whenever theres more than a handful of AI traffic on your screen? Otherwise I don't see how they can even think about adding things like pedestrians to the gameworld.
