Vehicles stuck on collision

I was playing the first Russian mission and my first tank rammed a destroyed train. Then got stuck. I then tried to get it unstuck with another tank by ramming it free. Then this tank got stuck to the already stuck first tank. I then rammed the second tank with my 3rd tank and that got stuck as well. effectively making my own stuck tank train.
