Smile New Version San's FOV Changer

In response to some polite requests San has updated his FOV changer software (05/03/2012). Get the new version at his site: http://il2fovchanger.byethost7.com/

Version 1.0.9.0
- Works with IL2 v.4.11
- Works with UltraPack
- Added Inverted checkbox
Use if you want your fov axis inverted
- Added Min. Delta textbox, Use it if your joystick calibration makes the fov to "vibrate",
You can increase the value if the fov changes without touch the axis.
You can decrease the value if you want a more sensible fov

I guess it doesn't run on 64-bit? I get an error saying that it is not compatible with my version of Windows (WIN 7). It started ok on my other computer (WIN XP).

Will have to give it a go in the evening. And put a donation to the man. He has been asking for that beer for so long

Hey gents,

I can't get this to work. I've read all the manuals I could find and still nothing.

I have microsoft's .NET v4 installed, and I've done all the IP and port entries in the conf.ini file. Right now I'm running 4.11m off steam and San's FOV changer is on the desktop.

I started Il-2 and went to some multiplayer dogfight map in a Spitfire LF.Vb.

When I hit "test config" while IL-2 is running, San's is telling me that it can't connect with IL-2 even though the status bar at the bottom says IL-2 is working and that the debug screen is telling me that I've got a FoV of 70 though plane model is "none" and time is "0:0".

I've waited for a couple minutes but nothing is happening. I don't know if it matters, but I'm using a Playstation 3 game controller as my joystick.

Please help! Thanks!

Is it more stable than the previous version? The previous version used to crash with about 20% chance and the only way to recocver was to restart missions - a gam breaker for me and I stopped using it.

Is this version more stable?

S!

There was some bug with the old version that if you selected empty or "none" to a key for some function, the program would crash. Haven't noticed it on the new version.
