Default Flares missing from R-5 now?

was looking at the new R-5 and tried to use it in a mission built in 413 that had the R-5 as a flare ship, now it has no flares, RRAB are cluster bomb dispensers and SAB were flares?

"Full rework of bomb loadout variants for R-5 (for historic ones only). Old missions may be incompatible with new loads." from the read me. hmmmm
