Default Dress Rehersal Greece 1940 Wednesday

Wednesday 21/11/12 at 21:00 CET we are running the dress rehersal for Greece 1940.

The objective is to test the map, plansets and settings for the campaign.

However, the planes will be fully armed there will be ground targets and there will be human opponents with every intention of shooting you down.

Settings are full real except for anthropomorphic.

Benito's bully boys are represented by the 69.GIAP + friends flying G50s and Bredas.

The RAF's chinless wonders are represented by 1.JaVA + friends flying Hurricanes Blenheims and a very special Tiger Moth.

For those that have never visited Greece, I can say that it looks nothing like the Dover straights, although some misguided fools suggested that Athens looks a bit like Cherbourg.

What makes this campaign unique is that we will be using authentic kill authentification techniques. So you will need to back up your claims with guncam screenshots, recon photos and witnesses! Sharpen up your pencil and screensaver.

It will be run on the GIAP hex core server over a professional symetric 10 mbit dataline so we expect smooth running for players based as far apart as Europe, USA and South Africa.

For server password and teampseak login contact www.69giap.com Greece 1940 forum or PM me.
